A steel drum player in a local festival at Belsize Park. Around Primrose Gardens, Belsize Park, a village festival was held for the local community, which included many West Indians. This steel band played at 3.00pm. There was also a brass band, square dancing, poetry and other kinds of music and entertainment events all day long.
